Contour Operations Corporation ("Contour", "we", "us", "our") is a Philippine-registered corporation that provides staff augmentation and managed staffing services. Through our Website, we provide information about our services, pricing, and company. The Website itself is informational. It does not constitute an offer to contract.
Actual service delivery is governed by a separate Master Service Agreement (MSA) or Client Services Agreement between Contour and each client. See Section 9 for details.
3. Use of Website
Permitted Use. You may use the Website to learn about Contour's services, contact us, access published resources, and use tools we make available (such as a savings calculator).
Prohibited Actions. You may not:
- Use the Website for any unlawful purpose.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Website, its servers, or any connected systems.
- Introduce viruses, malware, or any harmful code.
- Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract content from the Website without written permission.
- Reproduce, distribute, or republish Website content without authorization.
- Impersonate Contour or any Contour employee.
- Interfere with the Website's operation or other users' access.

This includes, without limitation, damages for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, even if Contour has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Contour's total liability for any claim arising from or related to the Website will not exceed PHP 5,000 (approximately USD 90).

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.
8. Dispute Resolution
Informal Resolution. Before initiating any formal proceeding, you agree to contact us at legal@contouroperations.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We will make a good-faith effort to resolve any concern within 30 days.
Arbitration. If informal resolution fails, any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Website will be submitted to binding arbitration in Iloilo City, Philippines, in accordance with the Alternative Dispute Resolution Act of 2004 (Republic Act No. 9285).
Court Jurisdiction. If arbitration is not applicable or enforceable, the courts of Iloilo City, Philippines will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms.
9. Client Services Terms
These Terms govern your use of the Website only. They do not govern the delivery of staffing services, managed teams, or any other professional services provided by Contour.
Service delivery, payment terms, confidentiality, service levels, liability, and termination are covered by a separate Master Service Agreement (MSA) or Client Services Agreement executed between Contour and each client.
If there is a conflict between these Website Terms and a signed MSA, the MSA prevails for matters related to service delivery.
10. Privacy
Your use of the Website is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
By using the Website, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. When we do, we will revise the "Effective Date" at the bottom of this page. Changes take effect immediately upon posting.
