About Contour Operations
We hire full-time professionals in the Philippines, pay them well, and let you manage them directly. That is the whole model.

How Contour Got Started
TJ and Ben met through a mutual connection in 2024. Ben was running construction estimating projects with freelancers in the Philippines and getting inconsistent results. TJ had just closed a legal services company in Thailand and moved back to Iloilo. They started talking about why outsourcing so often goes wrong.

The answer, most of the time, is that companies either hire freelancers with no accountability or sign up with BPO mills that treat workers like interchangeable parts. Between them, TJ and Ben had 15 years of building remote teams across the Philippines, Thailand, China, and Europe. They had made every mistake in the book and figured out what actually works.
They registered Contour Operations Corporation in Iloilo City in 2026. The idea was straightforward: hire good people full-time, pay them well, give them real employment contracts with benefits, and let clients manage them directly. No middlemen. No shared staff. No surprises on the invoice.
Contour is not a call center and not a freelancer marketplace. We are an employer. Every person on our payroll has SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, HMO, paid leave, and a 13th month bonus. If that sounds basic, try getting it from a freelancer platform.
Mission
We exist to give small and mid-size companies access to the same caliber of talent that large corporations hire overseas, without the legal headaches or six-figure minimums. Every person we place gets a real job with real benefits. That matters to us.
Vision
Within five years, we want every client who tries us to renew. Not because they are locked in, but because the people we placed became part of their team. Retention over acquisition.
Values
We publish our pricing because hidden fees are disrespectful to the people paying them. We hit our deadlines because missed ones cost our clients money. We pay above-market wages in Iloilo because the person answering your phones at 2 AM deserves to be paid well. And we keep everything simple, because outsourcing has a reputation for being confusing and we think that is usually on purpose.

Why Dedicated Teams in the Philippines Save You More
The Philippines produces over 500,000 college graduates every year. English is an official language, and most professionals speak it with an American accent because they grew up watching American TV, studying American textbooks, and working in American-owned BPO companies. The IT-BPM industry here employs 1.9 million people. This is not a new experiment.
A mid-level bookkeeper in Iloilo City earns $500/month and lives comfortably. The same person in Denver earns $5,000/month and struggles with rent. We are not underpaying anyone. We are hiring in a market where the cost of living is 60-80% lower. Our staff work US business hours, attend your morning standups, and use Slack the same way your local team does.
TJ lives in Iloilo. He built the office, hired the HR team, and handles compliance with Philippine labor law directly. That local presence is the difference between hoping things work and knowing they do.
