You tell us the role. We find candidates in the Philippines, run skills tests, and send you 2-3 pre-vetted profiles. You interview them. You pick. They start working your hours within two weeks. We handle the employment contract, payroll, benefits, government filings, and office space.
Three management options. Self-Managed ($299/mo) means you run them directly and we do payroll, compliance, and HR. Co-Managed ($499/mo) adds a project manager who sends you weekly reports and handles escalations. Fully Managed ($699/mo) gives you a dedicated team lead who runs daily standups, checks deliverables, and sends you a weekly summary.
