Contour Operations Corporation ("Contour," "we," "us," "our") is a staffing and managed services company registered in the Philippines. Our principal office is in Iloilo City, Philippines. We provide dedicated remote staff to businesses worldwide.

This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect personal information when you:

  • Visit our website (contouroperations.com)
  • Use our savings calculator or other online tools
  • Submit a contact form, request a quote, or send us an email
  • Apply for a job through our careers page
  • Engage us as a client

This policy does not cover data processed on behalf of our clients. When our staff handle client data (such as customer records, financial data, or patient information), the client is the data controller and their privacy policy applies.

7. Data Security

We protect personal information with:

  • Regular security training for all staff
  • Physical security at our office (ID access, CCTV, supervised workstations)
  • VPN-only access to client systems

No system is completely secure. If we discover a data breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you and the relevant authorities within 72 hours as required by law.

10. Marketing Communications

We only send marketing emails if you have opted in (for example, by requesting a savings report and checking the "keep me updated" box).

Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. You can also email privacy@contouroperations.com to opt out.

We do not send unsolicited marketing to contact form submissions unless you specifically request it.

11. International Data Transfers

Contour operates from the Philippines. If you are located outside the Philippines (including the EU/EEA, US, or other regions), your data will be transferred to and stored in the Philippines.

For EU/EEA data transfers, we rely on Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or your explicit consent as the legal basis for transfer.

The Philippines is recognized by the European Commission as providing an adequate level of data protection (Adequacy Decision, 2024).

12. Children

Our website and services are not directed at individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have collected data from a minor, contact us immediately.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. For material changes, we will notify you by email if we have your contact information.
